SWT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Non-Refundable Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Transfer of Ticket

Tickets may be transferred to another individual. It is your responsibility to pass the ticket to the new attendee before the event.

3. Raffle Entry

All participants must click the YES on the *ENTER SKYDIVE RAFFLE? Section when purchasing a show ticket. Purchasing a ticket without entering YES on the stated section will not qualify as a raffle entry. Early bird participants will receive 2 raffle entries. General Admission participants will receive 1 raffle entry. Raffle entry will close at 4PM, March 7 2026.

Other modes of raffle entry (only valid if ticket has been purchased):

• Pre-saving Ray Leslie’s new single and direct messaging Ray Leslie via Instagram with a screenshot to confirm validity of pre-save will count as 1 raffle entry.

• Reposting the gig poster or pre-save link on Instagram via posts or story with Ray Leslie tagged counts as 1 raffle entry.

• Reposting Ray Leslie's new single on the day of release via Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook - tagged will count as 2 raffle entries.

4. Raffle Winner Eligibility

The raffle must be at least 18 years old. If we cannot confirm validity of age, we must re-draw. The raffle winner must be present at the time of the raffle announcement at the end of Ray Leslie’s set. If the winner is not present, a re-draw will take place.

Raffle winner must not be a member of the Light Beings Network.

5. Announcement of Results

The raffle results will be announced at the end of Ray Leslie's set.

6. Raffle Winner Conditions The prize is ONE free 13,000ft tandem skydive at Skydive Auckland LTD located at 73 Green Road, Parakai. The prize can be redeemed at an agreed upon date with Ray Leslie, expiring June 2026. The winner must organise their own transport there, however this can be reasonably negotiated with RL2026. The winner cannot pass this

Participants acknowledge that skydiving involves inherent risks. By entering, participants agree to assume all risks associated with skydiving and release the Ray Leslie 2026 from any liability arising from participation.

Participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the raffle without additional compensation.

This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Acceptance of Terms By entering the raffle/purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
